PhD proposals – cross cutting
PhD Research Proposals
Organiser:
Camilla Eriksson, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, Sweden
Abstract:
This working group welcomes submissions of research proposals from PhD students in an early stage of their studies, on any topic related to Nordic rural research. The research proposal should contain your aim, research question(s), theoretical framework, methodology and a plan for data collection (plus preliminary findings if applicable). Submissions will be made in two steps, with an abstract due on the same date as that for other working groups, and a second step with submission of a short research proposal (of 3000-5000 words) due on March 30, 2018. During the conference you will present your research proposal orally (15 min) and receive supportive and constructive feedback from a senior researcher in your field of study as well as the participants.
